Olanrewaju Kayode has told he is grateful for the confidence Shakhtar Donetsk have in him and he now wishes to win more trophies and score goals for them after he won the Ukrainian league and cup with them this past season.
Nigeria international Kayode has agreed a five-year permanent deal with the Ukrainian club from Premier League side Manchester City and said he is thankful to officials of both teams for making the deal go through.
“I say thank you to Manchester City for making the deal to happen and thanks to my club Shanktar Donetsk for believing in me,” he told SCORENigeria
“I am happy with this deal.
“My targets are to score more goals and win more trophies for my club Shanktar Donetsk.
“I am here to prove myself again.”
He also thanked his fans for believing in him.
“I am forever grateful to all my fans, I thank them for the support right from day one, I am humbled and love them all,” he said.
